A well established and profitable custom rubber/plastic molding company is searching for an Injection Molding Process Engineer to coordinate the implementation of new injection molding process, develop injection molding technology and improvement projects for the purpose of quality products, cost reduction, elimination of waste, involvement in processes, troubleshooting, project management, cost analysis, design validation, design recommendations, solving issues of products, in compliance with customer requirements and specifications.

Must have several years of injection molding process engineering experience and a BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering equivalent experience. Green Belt desirable, Leadership skills, Self-motivated, Auto-directed, Automation’s, tooling and secondary equipment knowledge.

In addition to an annual salary in the $55,000 to $70,000 range, the company offers very competitive benefits in a modern and stable work environment.
