e. Thermal Interface Materials for LED, Semi-conductor
f. Low DK interlayer Dielectric Materials (Fox Resin)
g. Thermally Conductive Products (Adhesive, Encapsulant, Compound, Film, Pad)
h. Fast Curable CV grade RTV-1
i. Oil Resistance RTV for Automotive
j. Silicone Foam
k. The improvement of Storage Stability & Physical Properties of Alkoxy RTV

Requirement

1. Min. 10yrs of experience in Inorganic Material R&D
2. Univ. degree (Bachelor) or higher in relevant major/field.
3. Prefers current or retired employees from following target companies:
– US or European company: Dow Corning, MPM (Momentive Performance Materials), Wacker
– Japanese company: Shin-etsu,
