f. Vibration-proof rubber
g. Fluorine rubber
h. Low hardness rubber
i. High Green strength rubber
j. HTV sponge (foam)

Requirements

1. Min. 10yrs of experience in Inorganic Material R&D
2. Univ. degree (Bachelor) or higher in relevant major/field.
3. Prefers current or retired employees from following target companies:
– US or European company: Dow Corning, MPM (Momentive Performance Materials), Wacker
– Japanese company: Shin-etsu
