Sr. Polysilicon R&D Engineer in any of the following fields:
1. TCS Sythesis
– TCS (Tricholrosilane) synthesis by hydrochlorination or hydrogenation
2. TCS Purification by distillation, adsorption or others for 9N~11N TCS
3. CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)
– TCS – or monosilane-Siemens process to make polusilicon

Requirements

1. Min. 10yrs of experience in Inorganic Material R&D
2. Univ. degree (Bachelor) or higher in relevant major/field.
3. Preferred current employees or retired employees from:
– US or Western company: Hemlock, Wacker
– Japanese company: Tokuyama, MSETEK, OTC, REC
