A resin masterbatching company that has recently started operations in United States is searching for a Sales and Marketing Manager and an Accounts Manager to sell Polyester, PET, PS, compounded and masterbatched resins. Knowledge and experience compounding or masterbatching of Polyester, Polystyrene resins is required to, work effectively with the customers.

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions including Business Partner Management for the Americas, in addition to, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary contract negotiator with customers and securing contracts and/or purchase orders at a managerial level.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing activity against annual objectives and budgets.
  • Acting as primary contact for assigned accounts, with customers purchasing management for coordination of sales, pricing and product delivery, for current and future business.
  • Presenting and selling company products and services to current an potential customers.
    Preparing and presenting products, strategies and technologies as required in conjunction with their respective product management.
  • Coordinating company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
    Assuming the “voice of the customer” role for the assigned accounts.
  • Responsibility for obtaining timely information on the status, performance and behavior of competitor companies at the assigned customer.
  • Inputting market/business plans.

    • In additional to an annual salary in the $80,000 to $95,000 range the company offers sales commissions based on pounds of products sold, bonus potential based on salary in the 5% to 10% range, and a very good medical and dental plan.

    Requirements

  • Experience selling compounded and masterbatched Polyester resins such as; PET, PS, to molders.
  • Proven experience leading and directing a sales staff.
  • Experience setting and achieving annual objectives and budgets.
